CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability in the API endpoint of HPE Networking EdgeConnect SD-WAN Orchestrator could allow a low-privilege authenticated remote attacker to escalate privileges. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may enable the attacker to execute arbitrary system commands with root privileges on the underlying operating system. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. Prior to 0.80.1, authenticated users can store attacker-controlled avatarUrl values that are later reused by avatar cleanup without confinement to the intended directory on local-storage deployments. A low-privileged user can cause deletion of arbitrary local files or directories reachable by the Docmost service account. This issue is fixed in version 0.80.1. |
| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. Prior to 0.80.1, the public avatar and logo image endpoint accepts attacker-controlled fileName path segments and resolves them against local storage without confinement to the intended image directory. An unauthenticated attacker can traverse outside the avatar or logo directory and read local storage objects whose final basename satisfies the route's UUID check. This issue is fixed in version 0.80.1. |
| IBM DataStage on Cloud Pak for Data 5.4.0.0 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands due to path traversal. |
| draw.io is a configurable diagramming and whiteboarding application. Prior to version 30.2.7, src/main/java/com/mxgraph/online/ExportProxyServlet.java uses request.getPathInfo() to build a proxyPath and appends it directly to EXPORT_URL without rejecting dot segments or confirming that the normalized destination remains under the configured export path. An unauthenticated request containing traversal segments can therefore address unintended routes on the internal export server, and the servlet forwards all request headers and the request body to that destination, allowing arbitrary header injection. Depending on the export service configuration, exploitation can expose administration, debugging, health, or configuration endpoints and can permit unintended internal actions. This issue is fixed in version 30.2.7. |
| KubeEdge is an open source system for extending native containerized application orchestration capabilities to hosts at Edge. From 1.16.0 until 1.21.2, 1.22.2, and 1.23.1, the DecompressTarGz function in keadm/cmd/keadm/app/cmd/util/common.go joins archive entry names to the extraction destination without sufficient validation. During keadm join or installation on Windows edge nodes, an archive influenced through a compromised, replaced, or untrusted download source can contain parent-directory components, Windows-style backslashes, absolute paths, or drive-prefixed paths that escape the intended directory. The affected keadm process can consequently write or overwrite files with its own privileges, potentially modifying configuration, executable, or service files and enabling persistent system modification or code execution. This issue is fixed in versions 1.21.2, 1.22.2, and 1.23.1. |
| A malicious actor with access to the network could exploit a Path Traversal vulnerability found in UniFi OS devices to access files on the underlying system that could be manipulated to access an underlying account. |
| CyberPanel 1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the readFileContents method of the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply an arbitrary absolute or out-of-scope path in the fileName JSON property. Because authorization validates only domainName and does not canonicalize or restrict fileName to that domain's home directory, the application returns the contents of files readable by the CyberPanel execution identity. |
| Many Notes is a Markdown note-taking web application designed for simplicity. Prior to 0.16.0, the ZIP vault import implemented in app/Actions/ProcessImportedVault.php accepts archive filenames containing parent-directory traversal segments. An authenticated user can write arbitrary files outside the importing user's vault and into other users' vaults, including overwriting existing files. Disguised SVG content can be placed in another user's vault and execute stored cross-site scripting when the victim opens that vault. This issue is fixed in version 0.16.0. |
| CyberPanel v1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the compress method exposed through the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. Because the application validates only domain ownership and does not canonicalize or restrict these paths to the authorized site directory, the backend appends them to zip or tar archive commands and executes them as the website externalApp user, allowing disclosure of arbitrary readable files through the generated archive. |
| Relative Path Traversal vulnerability in Erlang OTP (stdlib zip module) allows writing files outside the intended extraction directory via a crafted zip archive.
zip:unzip/1,2 and zip:extract/1,2 validate entry paths using zip:check_dir_level/2, which tracks directory depth as a running integer counter: .. decrements it, normal path components increment it. The caller rejects only paths where the final counter value is less than zero. A path such as ../x/y causes the counter to go negative mid-traversal then recover to zero, passing validation while resolving to a location outside the extraction directory when joined with the current working directory via add_cwd.
This vulnerability is associated with program file lib/stdlib/src/zip.erl.
This issue affects OTP from OTP 27.1 before OTP 27.3.4.15, OTP 28.5.0.4, and OTP 29.0.4, corresponding to stdlib from 6.1 before 6.2.2.4, 7.3.0.1, and 8.0.3. |
| A vulnerability was determined in YunaiV/zhijiantianya ruoyi-vue-pro up to 2026.08. This impacts the function getOriginalFilename of the file yudao-module-mp/src/main/java/cn/iocoder/yudao/module/mp/service/material/MpMaterialServiceImpl.java of the component File Upload. Executing a manipulation can lead to path traversal. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Path Traversal in DIAEnergie.
This issue affects DIAEnergie: before 1.11.00.022. |
| Discourse is an open-source discussion platform. Prior to 2026.1.8, 2026.6.3, 2026.7.2, and 2026.8.0, the iframe src traversal guard did not treat literal backslashes as path separators after decoded dot segments. A crafted source could therefore pass an allowed_iframes subpath check while browser URL normalization moved the iframe outside the intended allowed path. The resulting iframe could load content from a location that the administrator did not allow. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.1.8, 2026.6.3, 2026.7.2, and 2026.8.0. |
| Lantronix SLC8000 before firmware v9.7.0.5, SLC9000 before firmware v9.7.0.2, EMG8500/EMG7500 before firmware v9.7.0.1, and all firmware versions of SLB882/SLCx-03/SLCx-02 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the web management portal upload endpoint that allows authenticated attackers to write arbitrary data to any location on the device's filesystem, leading to remote code execution. The upload filename validation strips backslash characters but does not subsequently check for forward slashes when a backslash is detected; by supplying a filename containing both characters an attacker writes outside the intended upload directory to any writable path. Attackers can use this vulnerability to achieve complete loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability on the affected device and potentially impact downstream serial-connected devices. |
| Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('path traversal') in Windows PowerShell allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Lantronix SLC8000 before firmware v9.7.0.5, SLC9000 before firmware v9.7.0.2, EMG8500/EMG7500 before firmware v9.7.0.1, and all firmware versions of SLB882/SLCx-03/SLCx-02 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in the web management portal upload endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to read sensitive configuration files and upload files to arbitrary filesystem locations, leading to remote code execution. The web configuration server constructs the session cookie file path using snprintf with a fixed-size buffer; by supplying a cookie value of a specific length an attacker causes the path to truncate at the required delimiter and leverages path traversal to redirect authentication validation to an arbitrary on-disk file such as the local user database, bypassing all session checks. Attackers can use this vulnerability to achieve complete loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability on the affected device and potentially impact downstream serial-connected devices. |
| A vulnerability was determined in volotat Anagnorisis up to 0.4.2. Affected by this vulnerability is the function get_file_content/save_file_content/move_files/start_streaming of the file page.html. This manipulation causes path traversal. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability has been found in DbGate up to 7.2.5/7.3.1-premium-beta.1. This impacts the function fs.readFile of the file packages/api/src/controllers/files.js of the component files-style Endpoint. The manipulation of the argument filePath/uri leads to path traversal. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was detected in yhx070424 ShopXO up to 2.2.7. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file config/ueditor.php of the component Ueditor Upload Interface.
