CVSS v3.1 |
A vulnerability was found in Belkin F9K1009 and F9K1010 2.00.04/2.00.09 and classified as critical. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the component Web Interface. The manipulation leads to hard-coded credentials. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Clinic Image System developed by Changing contains hard-coded Credentials, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to log into the system using administrator credentials embedded in the source code.
A vulnerability was identified in FNKvision Y215 CCTV Camera 10.194.120.40. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /etc/passwd of the component Firmware. Such manipulation leads to hard-coded credentials. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
An unauthenticated remote attacker can use hard-coded credentials to gain full administration privileges on the affected product.
Use of Hard-Coded Credentials issue exists in MZK-DP300N version 1.07 and earlier, which may allow an attacker within the local network to log in to the affected device via Telnet and execute arbitrary commands.
The WP2Speed Faster – Optimize PageSpeed Insights Score 90-100 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.1. This is due to the use of hardcoded credentials to authenticate all the incoming API requests. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite CSS, update the trial settings, purge the cache, and find attachments.
Denver SHC-150 Smart Wifi Camera contains a hardcoded telnet credential vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access a Linux shell. Attackers can connect to port 23 using the default credential to execute arbitrary commands on the camera's operating system.
Ubiquiti U6-LR 6.6.65 was discovered to contain a hardcoded password vulnerability in /etc/shadow, which allows attackers to log in as root. NOTE: In Ubiquiti's view there is no vulnerability as the Hardcoded Password should be after setup not before.
Ubiquiti U7-Pro 7.0.35 was discovered to contain a hardcoded password vulnerability in /etc/shadow, which allows attackers to log in as root. NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because the observation only established that a password is present in a firmware image; however, the device cannot be deployed without setting a new password during installation.
An issue in H3C Device R365V300R004 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the default password. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that their "product lines enforce or clearly prompt users to change any initial credentials upon first use. At most, this would be a case of misconfiguration if an administrator deliberately ignored the prompts, which is outside the scope of CVE definitions."
A hardcoded decryption key in Thinkware Cloud APK v4.3.46 allows attackers to access sensitive data and execute arbitrary commands with elevated privileges.
Ever Traduora 0.20.0 and below is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation due to the use of a hard-coded JWT signing key.
An unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability exists in Pandora FMS version 5.0 SP2 and earlier. The mobile/index.php endpoint fails to properly sanitize user input in the loginhash_data parameter, allowing attackers to extract administrator credentials or active session tokens via crafted requests. This occurs because input is directly concatenated into an SQL query without adequate validation, enabling SQL injection. After authentication is bypassed, a second vulnerability in the File Manager component permits arbitrary PHP file uploads. The file upload functionality does not enforce MIME-type or file extension restrictions, allowing authenticated users to upload web shells into a publicly accessible directory and achieve remote code execution.
Netis E1+ version 1.2.32533 contains a hardcoded root account vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access the device with predefined credentials. Attackers can leverage the embedded root account with a crackable password to gain full administrative access to the network device.
Sangoma FreePBX 1805 through 2203 on Linux contains hardcoded credentials for the Asterisk REST Interface (ARI), which allows remote attackers to reconfigure Asterisk and make external and internal calls via HTTP and WebSocket requests sent to the API.
HI-SCAN 6040i Hitrax HX-03-19-I was discovered to contain hardcoded credentials for access to vendor support and service access.
Precor touchscreen console P82 contains a private SSH key that corresponds to a default public key. A remote attacker could exploit this to gain root privileges.
Precor touchscreen console P62, P80, and P82 could allow a remote attacker (within the local network) to bypass security restrictions, and access the service menu, because there is a hard-coded service code.
Precor touchscreen console P62, P80, and P82 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information because the root password is stored in /etc/passwd. An attacker could exploit this to extract files and obtain sensitive information.
Precor touchscreen console P62, P80, and P82 contains a default SSH public key in the authorized_keys file. A remote attacker could use this key to gain root privileges.
