CVSS v3.1 |
| An authenticated user can perform command injection via unsanitized input to the NetFax Server’s ping functionality via the /test.php endpoint. |
| An out of bounds write in the Linux graphics driver could allow an attacker to overflow the buffer potentially resulting in loss of confidentiality, integrity, or availability. |
| An OS Command Injection vulnerability in Kiloview NDI allows a low-privileged user to execute arbitrary code remotely on the device with high privileges.
This issue affects Kiloview NDI N3, N3-s, N4, N20, N30, N40 and was fixed in Firmware version 2.02.0227 .

| Typora 1.7.4 contains a command injection vulnerability in the PDF export preferences that allows attackers to execute arbitrary system commands. Attackers can inject malicious commands into the 'run command' input field during PDF export to achieve remote code execution. |
| Litestar is an Asynchronous Server Gateway Interface (ASGI) framework. In versions 2.10.0 and prior, Litestar's `docs-preview.yml` workflow is vulnerable to Environment Variable injection which may lead to secret exfiltration and repository manipulation. This issue grants a malicious actor the permission to write issues, read metadata, and write pull requests. In addition, the `DOCS_PREVIEW_DEPLOY_TOKEN` is exposed to the attacker. Commit 84d351e96aaa2a1338006d6e7221eded161f517b contains a fix for this issue. |
| xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland (aka an XDG Desktop Portal backend for Hyprland) before 1.3.3 allows OS command execution, e.g., because single quotes are not used when sending a list of app IDs and titles via the environment. |
| Wi-Fi Alliance wfa_dut (in Wi-Fi Test Suite) through 9.0.0 allows OS command injection via 802.11x frames because the system() library function is used. For example, on Arcadyan FMIMG51AX000J devices, this leads to wfaTGSendPing remote code execution as root via traffic to TCP port 8000 or 8080 on a LAN interface. On other devices, this may be exploitable over a WAN interface. |
| Certain ASUS WiFi routers models has an OS Command Injection vulnerability, allowing an authenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary system commands by sending a specially crafted request. |
| Heap-based Buffer Overflow, Memory Corruption, Out-Of-Bounds Read, Out-Of-Bounds Write, Stack-based Buffer Overflow, Type Confusion, Uninitialized Variable, Use-After-Free vulnerabilities exist in the file reading procedure in SOLIDWORKS Desktop on Release SOLIDWORKS 2024.
These vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code while opening a specially crafted CATPART, DWG, DXF, IPT, JT, SAT, SLDDRW, SLDPRT, STL, STP, X_B or X_T file. |
| Soft Serve is a self-hostable Git server for the command line. Prior to 0.7.5, it is possible for a user who can commit files to a repository hosted by Soft Serve to execute arbitrary code via environment manipulation and Git. The issue is that Soft Serve passes all environment variables given by the client to git subprocesses. This includes environment variables that control program execution, such as LD_PRELOAD. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.7.5. |
| Malicious software running in a guest VM can exploit the buffer overflow to achieve code execution on the host in the bhyve userspace process, which typically runs as root. Note that bhyve runs in a Capsicum sandbox, so malicious code is constrained by the capabilities available to the bhyve process. |
| A command injection vulnerability in Dahua EIMS versions prior to 2240008 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands via the capture_handle.action interface. The flaw stems from improper input validation in the captureCommand parameter, which is processed without sanitization or authentication. By sending crafted HTTP requests, attackers can inject OS-level commands that are executed on the server, leading to full system compromise. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2024-04-06 UTC. |
| Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS
Command Injection') vulnerability in ZkTeco-based OEM devices allows OS
Command Injection.
Since all the found command implementations are executed from the
superuser, their impact is the maximum possible.
This issue affects
ZkTeco-based OEM devices (ZkTeco ProFace X, Smartec ST-FR043, Smartec
ST-FR041ME and possibly others) with the ZAM170-NF-1.8.25-7354-Ver1.0.0
and possibly other. |
| A vulnerability classified as critical was found in Overtek OT-E801G OTE801G65.1.1.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /diag_ping.cmd?action=test&interface=ppp0.1&ipaddr=8.8.8.8%26%26cat%20/etc/passwd&ipversion=4&sessionKey=test. The manipulation leads to os command injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| By providing a command-line argument starting with a semi-colon ; to an API endpoint created by the EnhancedCommandExecutor class of the HexStrike AI MCP server, the resultant composed command is executed directly in the context of the MCP server’s normal privilege; typically, this is root. There is no attempt to sanitize these arguments in the default configuration of this MCP server at the affected version (as of commit 2f3a5512 in September of 2025). |
| Contec Health CMS8000 Patient Monitor is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds write, which could allow an attacker to send specially formatted UDP requests in order to write arbitrary data. This could result in remote code execution. |
| FFRI AMC versions 3.4.0 to 3.5.3 and some OEM products that implement/bundle FFRI AMC versions 3.4.0 to 3.5.3 allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands when certain conditions are met in an environment where the notification program setting is enabled and the executable file path is set to a batch file (.bat) or command file (.cmd) extension. |
| Multiple authenticated operating system (OS) command injection vulnerabilities exist in Firewalla Box Software
versions before 1.979. A physically close
attacker that is authenticated to the Bluetooth Low-Energy (BTLE) interface can use the network configuration service to inject commands in various configuration parameters including networkConfig.Interface.Phy.Eth0.Extra.PingTestIP, networkConfig.Interface.Phy.Eth0.Extra.DNSTestDomain, and networkConfig.Interface.Phy.Eth0.Gateway6. Additionally, because the configuration can be synced to the Firewalla cloud, the attacker may be able to persist access even after hardware resets and firmware re-flashes. |
| When calculating the content path in handling of MPEG-DASH manifests, there's an out-of-bounds NUL-byte write one byte past the end of the buffer. When we call xmlNodeGetContent below [0], it returns a buffer precisely allocated to match the string length, using strdup internally. If this buffer is not an empty string, it is assigned to root_url at [1].If the last (non-NUL) byte in this buffer is not '/' then we append '/' in-place at [2]. This will write two bytes into the buffer, starting at the last valid byte in the buffer, writing the NUL byte beyond the end of the allocated buffer.
We recommend upgrading to version 8.0 or beyond. |
| Nuclei is a fast and customizable vulnerability scanner based on simple YAML based DSL. In affected versions it a way to execute code template without -code option and signature has been discovered. Some web applications inherit from Nuclei and allow users to edit and execute workflow files. In this case, users can execute arbitrary commands. (Although, as far as I know, most web applications use -t to execute). This issue has been addressed in version 3.3.0. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
