CVSS v3.1 |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, 10.0.10, and 9.4.15, a user that holds a role with the run_collect capability could use the collect Search Processing Language (SPL) command to add attacker-controlled content to system-level messages on the Splunk platform instance. The vulnerability is possible because the collect command does not validate the index name before processing the value. For more information see collect (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/spl-search-reference/10.4/search-commands/collect), Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities), and System endpoint descriptions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/rest-api-reference/10.4/system-endpoints/system-endpoint-descriptions) in the Splunk documentation. |
| IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) for RedHat OpenShift could allow a local attacker to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information and modify transaction data due to the use of hard-coded credentials. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, and 10.0.10, a user that holds a role with the edit_spl2_module_permissions capability could use the affected Representational State Transfer (REST) API to access permission grants for SPL2 modules that the user does not have permission to view. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Enterprise does not verify that the user can read the requested app before the affected REST API returns SPL2 module permission grants. For more information see Module permissions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/spl2-search-manual/modules-statements-and-views/module-permissions) and Manage SPL2 modules (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/spl2-search-manual/multiple-searches-in-an-spl2-module/manage-spl2-modules) in the Splunk documentation.
Splunk Enterprise versions 9.4.x are not affected. |
| Code injection in ReaderMode in Google Chrome on on iOS prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker leveraging social engineering to bypass web origin policy via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) for RedHat OpenShift could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges due to improper privilege management. |
| When processing a specially crafted PDF, Foxit PDF Editor/Reader may perform reentrant zoom and layout operations through page- and annotation-related JavaScript actions. This can cause the application to access page objects after they have been released, resulting in a use-after-free condition and an application crash. |
| Imager versions before 1.037 for Perl exit the process reading a raw image with an out-of-range raw_datachannels value in i_readraw_wiol.
Nothing range-checks raw_datachannels. The line buffer is sized as the image width times the channel count with no overflow check, so a negative or very large count requests an excessive allocation. When it fails, Imager's allocator calls exit(3).
Passing an untrusted raw_datachannels value to Imager->read() triggers an uncatchable exit. |
| Imager versions before 1.037 for Perl overflow a heap buffer fetching float samples from a paletted image in i_gsampf_fp.
For a paletted image, getsamples() with type "float" allocates a buffer of one sample per pixel and fetches every requested channel of each pixel into it. Requesting more than one channel writes past its end.
An attacker-supplied image controls the overflowing bytes through its palette. |
| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code due to improper input validation. |
| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('Code Injection'), aka improper control of code generation. |
| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.2 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code due to an incomplete blocklist in the code security scanner. |
| Vault and Vault Enterprise did not consistently evaluate ACL policies against the canonical form of resource and policy names. This may allow an authenticated user with delegated permissions to bypass an explicit deny restriction and access a protected resource or assign a denied policy, potentially leading to privilege escalation. This vulnerability (CVE-2026-89322) is fixed in Vault Community Edition 2.1.2, and Vault Enterprise 2.1.2, 1.21.12, 1.20.17, and 1.19.23. |
| An authorization and input validation vulnerability exists in Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. An authenticated user with restricted privileges in one Virtual Fabric can exploit this issue by submitting a specially crafted request containing an arbitrary fabric identifier. This allows the user to perform unauthorized cross-fabric operations and view configuration details within tenants/Virtual Fabrics to which they have not been granted access. |
| An authentication and access control bypass vulnerability exists in the web server management interface of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. The web dispatcher routine evaluates internal management VLAN trust decisions using the client-supplied HTTP host header instead of the actual socket transport layer source IP address. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to bypass IP-filtering access control lists (ACLs) and obtain sensitive device metadata (such as model, serial number, hardware revision, and firmware version) without authentication. |
| An arbitrary file manipulation vulnerability exists in the WebTools management interface of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. When processing configuration transfer requests, the application fails to properly validate and sanitize a user-supplied status file path parameter. An authenticated administrative user can exploit this issue by submitting a specially crafted status file parameter, causing the underlying process to move an arbitrary system file to a predictable, world-readable temporary directory. This can lead to persistent Denial of Service (DoS), critical system file destruction, host compromise, or sensitive data leakage. |
| An input validation and output encoding vulnerability exists in the web management interface of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. When configuring Federated Authentication (FA), the system fails to sanitize the Identity Provider (IdP) issuer parameter. An authenticated administrator—or an attacker capable of supplying crafted FA configuration files during an import routine—can inject arbitrary web server directives. This can lead to service denial by preventing the web management daemon from starting, or potentially alter web server security controls. |
| A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the security library component of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. When parsing uploaded X.509 PEM certificates for management display, the system improperly validates the length of the Authority Key Identifier (AKI) extension before copying string tokens into an internal memory buffer. An authenticated user with administrative privileges to import custom certificates can supply a certificate containing an intentionally oversized AKI extension. When the system processes or renders the certificate attributes, this can trigger a stack memory corruption leading to a denial-of-service (DoS) condition by crashing the management daemon. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in the configuration management subsystem of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. When performing a configuration download operation, the management daemon will relay configuration parameters, user-supplied relay host strings, and filenames directly to an internal utility script without sufficient character set validation. Because the local utility fails to sanitize shell metacharacters before processing them in a system shell command, a malicious or compromised configuration file can cause arbitrary operating system commands to be executed on a remote local switch when an administrator initiates a configuration download. |
| A local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the system logging daemon of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. Insufficient access controls on internal inter-process communication (IPC) channels allow an unprivileged local user to submit malformed logging configurations. Due to improper input sanitization during configuration file generation, an attacker can inject arbitrary directives that execute with elevated privileges when the logging service reloads, leading to local privilege escalation. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in maintenance command-line diagnostic utilities on Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. The binary fails to sanitize user-supplied input options when invoking underlying system commands through a shell interpreter. A privileged user with maintenance account access can exploit this issue by supplying crafted parameters, which results in arbitrary OS command execution with root privileges. |
