CVSS v3.1 |
| MIT krb5 through 1.22.2 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the KDC's get_pac_princ_with_realm() that returns success while leaving the client principal NULL on malformed names. A malicious or compromised cross-realm trusted KDC can send an S4U2Proxy request with a PAC carrying a malformed client name to crash krb5kdc and deny authentication. |
| An issue in libming through 0.4.8 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via the readtag_file() in src/blocks/fromswf.c. |
| Improper certificate validation in gnutls v3.8.13 causes the application to accept certificates containing invalid extensions. |
| An out-of-bounds memory read vulnerability exists in the web management daemon of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. Unauthenticated HTTP endpoints process specific URL query parameters without validating array index boundaries or performing numerical range checks. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this issue by sending a single, crafted HTTP request containing extreme numerical values in the query string. This causes an invalid memory dereference, resulting in a crash of the web management process (Denial of Service) and potential temporary management-plane disruption. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service due to a buffer overflow. |
| The MongoDB Python Driver's binary accelerator can read outside a buffer when an application decodes malformed BSON containing a truncated regular-expression element without a trailing NUL byte. An actor who can supply BSON to the documented decode or decode_all API can cause the application process to terminate when the C extension is loaded. The driver's normal database wire-protocol path does not reach this code. |
| simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 4.0.0, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin compares parsed option names with literal dangerous option spellings while Git accepts unambiguous long-option abbreviations. Attacker-influenced push arguments such as abbreviated --receive-pack or --exec forms can therefore bypass detectVulnerableFlags, reach git push against a local or file remote or an attacker-influenced receive-pack target, and cause Git to invoke an attacker-selected command in consumers that expose those arguments. The clone-side abbreviation handling does not protect the push path. This issue is fixed in 4.0.0. |
| An Improper Input Validation vulnerability for the registered case credentials in Brocade ASCG before v3.0 could allow a local authenticated user to provide invalid inputs like special characters leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) when collecting “supportsave” from a Brocade Switch. |
| A vulnerability in the SupportLink API authentication component of Brocade ASCG versions prior to 3.5.0 allows an attacker to bypass authentication across deployments due to the use of a hard coded cryptographic key. |
| In Brocade SANnav before 3.0.0a, an SQL Injection vulnerability in various external API inventories have a vulnerability that allows an authenticated attacker to inject malicious data into some of the REST API -query parameters. |
| A path traversal vulnerability affects the The Zone Alias Import flow feature in Brocade SANnav before 3.0.0a. A local authenticated attacker can write an uploaded content outside the intended directory. |
| A vulnerability in Brocade SANnav before 3.0.1 can have the Brocade Fabric OS switch admin password captured in plaintext within a memory swap file on the server hosting the Brocade SANnav Virtual Machine (VM). This can happen when the SANnav server encounters an Out Of Memory (OOM) condition. The vulnerability could allow an authenticated admin user with access to the server hosting the SANnav to potentially view the memory swap file and access the password(s). |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, 10.0.10, and 9.4.15 on Linux, a local user who can run commands as the user account running Splunk Enterprise could cause an affected Linux package upgrade to run attacker-controlled operating-system commands with root privileges. The vulnerability is possible because the Linux package maintainer script trusts existing Splunk Enterprise installation content when it performs upgrade operations with root privileges. The vulnerability requires an affected Linux package upgrade to occur after the local user modifies the installation. The local user should not be able to elevate privileges at will. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, and 10.0.10, a low-privileged user that does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could retrieve original source code for the Discover Splunk Observability Cloud app through Splunk Web. The vulnerability is possible because production JavaScript bundles for the app contain embedded source maps that include original source code. For more information see About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access), Splunk Observability Cloud previews (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/search-manual/10.4/observability/splunk-observability-cloud-previews), and Navigating Splunk Web (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/search-tutorial/10.4/part-1-getting-started/navigating-splunk-web) in the Splunk documentation.
Splunk Enterprise versions 9.4.x are not affected. |
| In Splunk MCP Server versions below 1.2.1, Splunk MCP Server could send the Splunk platform authentication token of a user who runs a custom Application Programming Interface (API) tool to the URL configured for that tool. If another user controls that URL, they could capture the token and use it to access data and perform actions as the user who ran the tool. Successful exploitation requires a user who holds a role that contains the mcp_tool_execute capability to run a custom API tool configured by another user. For more information see Configure the Splunk MCP Server (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/mcp-server-for-splunk-platform/1.2/configure-the-splunk-mcp-server) and Managing custom tools in Splunk MCP Server (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/mcp-server-for-splunk-platform/1.2/managing-custom-tools-in-splunk-mcp-server) in the Splunk documentation. |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco networking engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in a software hardening release that addresses multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities.
The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-76468 are related to improper input validation that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Pillar CWE-20. |
| An authentication bypass and command injection vulnerability exists in the inter-switch remote execution service of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. When processing remote command execution IPC frames across the fabric, the receiving switch processes these commands at an elevated processing level without proper verification of transmitted parameters. This allows an attacker on a single fabric-connected switch to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary root commands locally or across other managed fabric members where remote execution functionality is enabled. |
| A vulnerability in Brocade SANnav before 2.4.0b and 3.0.0 prints encoded passwords and authentication tokens in log files. The vulnerability could allow an authenticated attacker with access to the log file including the SANnav supportsave to access the passwords. |
| When Brocade ASCG before 3.5.0 processes support bundle archives ingested from remote compromised endpoints, the application fails to sanitize path traversal sequences contained within archive entries prior to extraction. An unauthenticated remote attacker capable of sending or intercepting ingested archive files can leverage this flaw to write arbitrary files to restricted locations on the underlying host, potentially leading to remote code execution. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, and 10.0.10, a low-privileged user that does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could cause a denial of service against a Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoint in the Discover Splunk Observability Cloud app. The vulnerability is possible because the app uses an inefficient regular expression to validate input submitted through the endpoint. For more information see About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access), Splunk Observability Cloud previews (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/search-manual/10.4/observability/splunk-observability-cloud-previews), and restmap.conf (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.4/configuration-file-reference/10.4.0-configuration-file-reference/restmap.conf) in the Splunk documentation.
