CVSS v3.1 |
| Link Following Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability in NortonUtilitiesSvc in Norton Utilities Ultimate Version 24.2.16862.6344 on Windows 10 Pro x64 allows local attackers to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM via the creation of a symbolic link and leveraging a TOCTTOU (time-of-check to time-of-use) attack. |
| Race condition in BIOS firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| node-tar is a Tar for Node.js. In 7.5.1, using .t (aka .list) with { sync: true } to read tar entry contents returns uninitialized memory contents if tar file was changed on disk to a smaller size while being read. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.5.2. |
| A path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect several product versions. If a local attacker gains a user account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:
Qfinder Pro Mac 7.13.0 and later
Qsync for Mac 5.1.5 and later
QVPN Device Client for Mac 2.2.8 and later |
| Screen version 5.0.0 and older version 4 releases have a TOCTOU race potentially allowing to send SIGHUP, SIGCONT to privileged processes when installed setuid-root. |
| Rack::Session is a session management implementation for Rack. In versions starting from 2.0.0 to before 2.1.1, when using the Rack::Session::Pool middleware, and provided the attacker can acquire a session cookie (already a major issue), the session may be restored if the attacker can trigger a long running request (within that same session) adjacent to the user logging out, in order to retain illicit access even after a user has attempted to logout. This issue has been patched in version 2.1.1. |
| Race Condition in the Directory Validation Logic in the TeamViewer Full Client and Host prior version 15.69 on Windows allows a local non-admin user to create arbitrary files with SYSTEM privileges, potentially leading to a denial-of-service condition, via symbolic link manipulation during directory verification. |
| conda-forge-webservices is the web app deployed to run conda-forge admin commands and linting. In versions prior to 2025.4.10, a race condition vulnerability has been identified in the conda-forge-webservices component used within the shared build infrastructure. This vulnerability, categorized as a Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) issue, can be exploited to introduce unauthorized modifications to build artifacts stored in the cf-staging Anaconda channel. Exploitation may result in the unauthorized publication of malicious artifacts to the production conda-forge channel. The core vulnerability results from the absence of atomicity between the hash validation and the artifact copy operation. This gap allows an attacker, with access to the cf-staging token, to overwrite the validated artifact with a malicious version immediately after hash verification, but before the copy action is executed. As the cf-staging channel permits artifact overwrites, such an operation can be carried out using the anaconda upload --force command. This vulnerability is fixed in 2025.4.10. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use race condition for some Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack software before version 1.5.1.0 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires active user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use race condition in the UEFI firmware SmiVariable driver for the Intel(R) Server D50DNP and M50FCP boards may allow a privileged user to enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Time-of-check Time-of-use race condition for some Intel(R) Connectivity Performance Suite software installers before version 40.24.11210 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use race condition for some Intel(R) Battery Life Diagnostic Tool software before version 2.4.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use race condition in some Intel(R) Neural Compressor software before version v3.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via adjacent access. |
| A race condition vulnerability exists where an authenticated, local attacker on a Windows Nessus Agent host could modify installation parameters at installation time, which could lead to the execution of arbitrary code on the Nessus host. - CVE-2024-3292 |
| A race condition vulnerability exists where an authenticated, local attacker on a Windows Nessus host could modify installation parameters at installation time, which could lead to the execution of arbitrary code on the Nessus host |
| Time-of-check Time-of-use Race Condition in some Intel(R) processors with Intel(R) ACTM may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Time-of-check Time-of-use race condition in Intel(R) Neural Compressor software before version 2.5.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access. |
| OpenClaw before 2026.3.22 contains a policy bypass vulnerability where queued node actions are not revalidated against current command policy when delivered. Attackers can exploit stale allowlists or declarations that survive policy tightening to execute unauthorized commands. |
| The Intel EPT paging code uses an optimization to defer flushing of any cached
EPT state until the p2m lock is dropped, so that multiple modifications done
under the same locked region only issue a single flush.
Freeing of paging structures however is not deferred until the flushing is
done, and can result in freed pages transiently being present in cached state.
Such stale entries can point to memory ranges not owned by the guest, thus
allowing access to unintended memory regions. |
| Homarr is an open-source dashboard. Prior to 1.57.0, the user registration endpoint (/api/trpc/user.register) is vulnerable to a race condition that allows an attacker to create multiple user accounts from a single-use invite token. The registration flow performs three sequential database operations without a transaction: CHECK, CREATE, and DELETE. Because these operations are not atomic, concurrent requests can all pass the validation step (1) before any of them reaches the deletion step (3). This allows multiple accounts to be registered using a single invite token that was intended to be single-use. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.57.0. |
