| CVE-2026-105785 | 1 Laurent 22 | 1 Joplin | 2026-10-06 | 4.8 Medium |
| Joplin is an open source note-taking and to-do application that organises notes and lists into notebooks. Prior to Joplin Server 3.7.2, packages/server/src/models/TokenModel.ts stores CSRF, account-confirmation, email-change, and password-reset tokens without a purpose, and packages/server/src/models/UserModel.ts allows UserModel.resetPassword to accept any token returned by TokenModel.userFromToken. An attacker who obtains a victim's CSRF or confirmation token through a separate disclosure channel can submit it to the public password-reset endpoint, replace the victim's password, and cause the existing sessions and API applications to be deleted. This issue is fixed in Joplin Server 3.7.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105786 | 1 Laurent 22 | 1 Joplin | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| Joplin is an open source note-taking and to-do application that organises notes and lists into notebooks. Prior to 3.7.13, packages/server/src/models/ApplicationModel.ts accepts a caller-chosen application authorization identifier, applications/:id/confirm binds that identifier to a logged-in user through a generic consent page, and the public packages/server/src/routes/api/application_auth.ts endpoint passes it to ApplicationModel.createAppPassword without authenticating or binding the redeemer. An attacker can cause a victim to approve the attacker's identifier, redeem a durable application ID and password, and exchange the credential for a victim session with full read and write access to synchronized data. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.13. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104031 | 3 Red Hat, Redhat, Sssd | 5 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-10-06 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. In configurations where the autofs responder service is enabled, memory allocated during successful request processing is not released until the client connection terminates. A local attacker can exploit this vulnerability by maintaining an open connection and repeatedly submitting valid requests, leading to memory exhaustion and a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-86128 | 1 Watchguard | 2 Fireware, Fireware Os | 2026-10-06 | 7.5 High |
| A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in Fireware OS's NetFlow packet-processing feature allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service by sending a specially crafted IPv6 packet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106490 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 2.2.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-backend package is affected by improper input validation in techdocs static content requests. When using the Azure Blob Storage provider, an authenticated Backstage user may be able to read restricted TechDocs content when entity-level permissions are enabled. Deployments that intentionally disable the default backend authentication policy may have broader exposure. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86131 | 1 Watchguard | 2 Fireware, Fireware Os | 2026-10-06 | 9.8 Critical |
| A code injection vulnerability in WatchGuard Fireware OS's BOVPN Over TLS client configuration handling allows an attacker who controls the remote VPN server to execute arbitrary commands as root on the connecting Firebox. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106489 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 2.2.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-backend package is affected by improper authorization enforcement for techdocs static content. An authenticated user with access to one TechDocs documentation site could craft a URL able to read documentation belonging to a different entity. This only affects deployments using the external TechDocs builder with an external storage provider (S3, GCS, etc.) and the permission framework enabled. Instances that do not use the permission framework are unaffected, since TechDocs content is visible to all authenticated users by design. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106488 | 2026-10-06 | 8.1 High | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.4.20, the @backstage/plugin-auth-backend-module-oidc-provider package is affected by improper authentication in the oidc provider. Deployments using OIDC email-based identity resolution with a provider that permits unverified email addresses may allow an authenticated provider user to assume another catalog identity. This may grant access and permissions associated with that user. No direct availability impact is demonstrated. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.20. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86132 | 1 Watchguard | 2 Fireware, Fireware Os | 2026-10-06 | 7.5 High |
| An integer underflow vulnerability in the WatchGuard Fireware OS IKEv2 daemon (iked) allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to crash the process by sending a specially crafted encrypted IKEv2 message negotiated with an AES-GCM cipher suite. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106487 | 2026-10-06 | 3.5 Low | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.21.10, the @backstage/plugin-kubernetes-backend package is affected by unsupported catalog cluster authentication mode in kubernetes backend. Deployments using catalog cluster discovery may be affected when catalog contributors can create or modify kubernetes-cluster Resource entities. With the required endpoint permissions and pod RBAC, the backend can use its local in-cluster identity, potentially exposing Kubernetes resources readable by that identity. The credential is used only with the local in-cluster API endpoint and is not sent to the catalog-supplied endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 0.21.10. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106486 | 2026-10-06 | 8.5 High | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.3.10 in @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-bitbucket-cloud and 0.2.25 in @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-bitbucket-server, the Bitbucket pull-request Scaffolder actions did not sufficiently validate filesystem paths. An authenticated user who can execute an eligible template and influence an allowed Bitbucket repository could affect paths outside the expected working area, potentially compromising backend confidentiality, integrity, or availability. This issue is fixed in @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-bitbucket-cloud 0.3.10 and @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-bitbucket-server 0.2.25. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106032 | 1 Aws | 1 Bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit | 2026-10-06 | 5.7 Medium |
| Server-side request forgery in the OpenAPI schema processing of the agent import functionality in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Starter Toolkit before 0.3.14 might allow an authenticated remote actor in the same AWS account to cause the environment of a user importing a Bedrock Agent to issue arbitrary outbound requests and read arbitrary local files, via crafted external reference values in the OpenAPI content associated with a Bedrock Agent action group. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.3.14. Note that bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit is deprecated. The @aws/agentcore npm CLI is the supported replacement and does not contain this issue. Migration to @aws/agentcore is the recommended long-term path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105812 | 1 Aws | 1 Bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit | 2026-10-06 | 9 Critical |
| Improper control of code generation in the agent import functionality of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Starter Toolkit before 0.3.14 might allow an authenticated same-account actor to execute arbitrary code when a user imports and runs or deploys a Bedrock Agent, via crafted configuration values incorporated into generated Python source without safe literal encoding. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.3.14. Because this issue persists into generated source, upgrading alone is not sufficient: agents imported with an affected version must be re-imported with version 0.3.14 or later and their local and deployed output artifacts replaced. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19027 | 1 Hdfgroup | 1 Hdf5 | 2026-10-06 | 5.6 Medium |
| The H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_byte, H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_nooptype, and H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_atomic functions in H5Znbit.c in HDF5 prior to 2.3.0 advance a read index into the compressed chunk buffer without bounding it against the buffer's actual size. This allows attackers to cause an out-of-bounds heap read, and in constrained cases disclosure of adjacent heap memory into decompressed dataset values, via a crafted HDF5 file whose N-Bit filter parameters describe more decompressed data than the stored compressed chunk actually contains, triggered via H5Dread, e.g. by the h5ls or h5repack tools. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19028 | 1 Hdfgroup | 1 Hdf5 | 2026-10-06 | 5.5 Medium |
| H5Z__filter_fletcher32 in H5Zfletcher32.c in HDF5 prior to 2.3.0 computes the data length to checksum by subtracting the 4-byte trailing checksum size from the input buffer size without checking that the buffer is at least 4 bytes, allowing a size_t underflow. This allows attackers to cause a denial of service (massively out-of-bounds read and application crash in H5_checksum_fletcher32) via a crafted HDF5 file with a Fletcher32-filtered chunk smaller than 4 bytes, triggered via H5Dread, e.g. by the h5ls or h5dump tools. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106463 | 2026-10-06 | 5.4 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.8.7, the @backstage/plugin-catalog-backend-module-gitlab package is affected by improper authorization in gitlab organizational user ingestion. Deployments that enable GitLab organization event ingestion and rely on scoped catalog users as an access boundary may admit an unintended catalog identity. Depending on sign-in and permission configuration, this may allow unauthorized access with the permissions of a standard authenticated user. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19026 | 1 Hdfgroup | 1 Hdf5 | 2026-10-06 | 5.5 Medium |
| H5Z__filter_nbit in H5Znbit.c in HDF5 prior to 2.3.0 dereferences cd_values[0] through cd_values[4] without validating that cd_values is non-NULL or that cd_nelmts is at least 5, the fixed size of the filter's header. This allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted HDF5 file that stores the N-Bit filter pipeline message with zero client-data values, opened and read via H5Dread, e.g. by the h5ls or h5repack tools. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106462 | 2026-10-06 | 6.4 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.54.6, scaffolder source-control actions may not consistently enforce intended credential boundaries. An authenticated user could cause an affected action to fall back to broader integration credentials and perform operations with more access than intended. This issue is fixed in 1.54.6 when operators also enable scaffolder.requireScmUserCredentials after upgrading. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98240 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ip_tunnel: initialize `options_len` before referencing options The following command triggers a kernel panic: ip link add d0 type dummy; ip link set d0 up ip route add 10.30.0.0/16 \ encap ip id 300 geneve_opts 4660:66:11223344 dev d0 memcpy: detected buffer overflow: 4 byte write of buffer size 0 kernel BUG at lib/string_helpers.c:1044! ... ip_tun_parse_opts.part.0.cold+0x10/0x10 ip_tun_build_state+0x116/0x2a0 On kernels built with GCC 15+ and `CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE`, the fortified `memcpy()` got 0 sized destination with request of 4 bytes length: static int ip_tun_parse_opts_geneve(...) { ... attr = tb[LWTUNNEL_IP_OPT_GENEVE_DATA]; data_len = nla_len(attr); /* == 4 */ struct geneve_opt *opt = ip_tunnel_info_opts(info) + opts_len; memcpy(opt->opt_data, nla_data(attr), data_len); /* ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 0 since options_len is assigned afterwards */ Fixed by initializing the counter before the options are referenced. Matching what `tunnel_key_opts_set()` already does. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98285 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-06 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: vlan: fix bugs caused by switchdev deletion errors Allowing switchdev to prevent vlan deletion and error out in __vlan_del could cause multiple different issues - inconsistent state, memory leaks when flushing, NULL pointer dereference on bridge error when flushing. It doesn't make sense to allow it to stop __vlan_del, so log the error and continue with software vlan deletion. This is also consistent with 8021q behaviour. | ||||
