| A use-after-free flaw was found in r592_remove in drivers/memstick/host/r592.c in media access in the Linux Kernel. This flaw allows a local attacker to crash the system at device disconnect, possibly leading to a kernel information leak. | ||||
| CVE-2023-2236 | 2 Linux, Netapp | 2 Linux Kernel, Hci Baseboard Management Controller | 2025-03-05 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux Kernel io_uring subsystem can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. Both io_install_fixed_file and its callers call fput in a file in case of an error, causing a reference underflow which leads to a use-after-free vulnerability. We recommend upgrading past commit 9d94c04c0db024922e886c9fd429659f22f48ea4. | ||||
| CVE-2023-32254 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 7 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410s and 4 more | 2025-02-13 | 9.8 Critical |
| A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's ksmbd, a high-performance in-kernel SMB server. The specific flaw exists within the processing of SMB2_TREE_DISCONNECT commands. | A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's ksmbd, a high-performance in-kernel SMB server. The specific flaw exists within the processing of SMB2_SESSION_SETUP commands. The issue results from the lack of proper locking when performing operations on an object. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the kernel. | ||||
| CVE-2022-26872 | 2 Ami, Netapp | 3 Megarac Sp-x, Megarac Spx, Hci Baseboard Management Controller | 2025-02-13 | 8.3 High |
| AMI Megarac Password reset interception via API | ||||
| CVE-2018-7185 | 6 Canonical, Hpe, Netapp and 3 more | 23 Ubuntu Linux, Hpux-ntp, Hci and 20 more | 2025-01-14 | 7.5 High |
| The protocol engine in ntp 4.2.6 before 4.2.8p11 allows a remote attackers to cause a denial of service (disruption) by continually sending a packet with a zero-origin timestamp and source IP address of the "other side" of an interleaved association causing the victim ntpd to reset its association. | ||||
| CVE-2018-7170 | 4 Hpe, Netapp, Ntp and 1 more | 10 Hpux-ntp, Hci, Solidfire and 7 more | 2025-01-14 | 5.3 Medium |
| ntpd in ntp 4.2.x before 4.2.8p7 and 4.3.x before 4.3.92 allows authenticated users that know the private symmetric key to create arbitrarily-many ephemeral associations in order to win the clock selection of ntpd and modify a victim's clock via a Sybil attack. This issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2016-1549. | ||||
| CVE-2023-38430 | 2 Linux, Netapp | 6 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410s and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.3.9. ksmbd does not validate the SMB request protocol ID, leading to an out-of-bounds read. | ||||
| CVE-2023-36054 | 4 Debian, Mit, Netapp and 1 more | 8 Debian Linux, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
| lib/kadm5/kadm_rpc_xdr.c in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.20.2 and 1.21.x before 1.21.1 frees an uninitialized pointer. A remote authenticated user can trigger a kadmind crash. This occurs because _xdr_kadm5_principal_ent_rec does not validate the relationship between n_key_data and the key_data array count. | ||||
| CVE-2022-30594 | 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more | 24 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, 8300 and 21 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
| The Linux kernel before 5.17.2 mishandles seccomp permissions. The PTRACE_SEIZE code path allows attackers to bypass intended restrictions on setting the PT_SUSPEND_SECCOMP flag. | ||||
| CVE-2022-30115 | 3 Haxx, Netapp, Splunk | 15 Curl, Clustered Data Ontap, H300s and 12 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 Medium |
| Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS directly insteadof using an insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in theURL. This mechanism could be bypassed if the host name in the given URL used atrailing dot while not using one when it built the HSTS cache. Or the otherway around - by having the trailing dot in the HSTS cache and *not* using thetrailing dot in the URL. | ||||
| CVE-2022-2097 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 21 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| AES OCB mode for 32-bit x86 platforms using the AES-NI assembly optimised implementation will not encrypt the entirety of the data under some circumstances. This could reveal sixteen bytes of data that was preexisting in the memory that wasn't written. In the special case of "in place" encryption, sixteen bytes of the plaintext would be revealed. Since OpenSSL does not support OCB based cipher suites for TLS and DTLS, they are both unaffected. Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.5 (Affected 3.0.0-3.0.4). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1q (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1p). | ||||
| CVE-2022-2048 | 5 Debian, Eclipse, Jenkins and 2 more | 12 Debian Linux, Jetty, Jenkins and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| In Eclipse Jetty HTTP/2 server implementation, when encountering an invalid HTTP/2 request, the error handling has a bug that can wind up not properly cleaning up the active connections and associated resources. This can lead to a Denial of Service scenario where there are no enough resources left to process good requests. | ||||
| CVE-2022-2047 | 4 Debian, Eclipse, Netapp and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Jetty, Element Plug-in For Vcenter Server and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 2.7 Low |
| In Eclipse Jetty versions 9.4.0 thru 9.4.46, and 10.0.0 thru 10.0.9, and 11.0.0 thru 11.0.9 versions, the parsing of the authority segment of an http scheme URI, the Jetty HttpURI class improperly detects an invalid input as a hostname. This can lead to failures in a Proxy scenario. | ||||
