CVE-2026-73255 1 Cesanta 1 Mongoose 2026-09-29 6.5 Medium
Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.22, an attacker who can control an SSI-enabled file can place directory traversal sequences in an #include file or #include virtual directive. The mg_ssi() function in src/ssi.c concatenates the directive argument into a filesystem path without calling mg_path_is_sane(), allowing an MG_ENABLE_SSI deployment with ssi_pattern configured to disclose files readable by the Mongoose process. This issue is fixed in version 7.22.
CVE-2026-77258 2 Mcp-atlassian, Sooperset 2 Mcp Atlassian, Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-29 7.7 High
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, upload_attachment in src/mcp_atlassian/confluence/attachments.py accepts a caller-controlled file_path and opens the selected server-local file without restricting it to the workspace. A permitted Confluence MCP caller can upload the file as an attachment and disclose data readable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-77260 2 Mcp-atlassian, Sooperset 2 Mcp Atlassian, Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-29 7.5 High
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, the Confluence and Jira upload_attachment implementations accept an unconstrained file_path and open the referenced server-local file. A permitted MCP caller can upload sensitive host files to an Atlassian destination and then retrieve their contents. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through upload_attachment, file_path, and CVE-2026-27825, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-77255 2 Mcp-atlassian, Sooperset 2 Mcp Atlassian, Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-29 8.6 High
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, the Jira update_issue attachments argument is converted into local paths and routed to the attachment upload implementation without workspace validation. A caller can make the MCP server read arbitrary local files and attach them to a Jira issue, using the server as a confused deputy to exfiltrate the contents. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through jira update_issue, attachments, upload_attachment, and file_path, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-77825 1 Ibm 3 Contextforge, Contextforge-mcp-gateway, Contextforge Mcp Gateway 2026-09-29 4.9 Medium
IBM ContextForge MCP Gateway 1.0.0 through 1.0.8 was vulnerable to path traversal in its Admin API log-download endpoint (`GET /v1/admin/logs/file`). The path confinement check uses `str.startswith()` rather than proper boundary validation, allowing an authenticated admin to read `.log`, `.jsonl`, and `.json` files outside the configured `LOG_FOLDER` by supplying a filename that resolves into a sibling directory whose absolute path shares the log directory's string prefix.
CVE-2026-77259 2 Mcp-atlassian, Sooperset 2 Mcp Atlassian, Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-29 7.7 High
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, confluence_upload_attachment opens a caller-selected server-local file without checking that the resolved path remains in the workspace. A caller can upload environment files, credentials, or other readable host data to a Confluence page and retrieve it through Atlassian. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through confluence_upload_attachment, file_path, and open(file_path, "rb"), which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-101132 2 Deepseek, Deepseek-ai 2 Deepseek-harness, Deepseek-harness 2026-09-29 3.1 Low
A security flaw has been discovered in DeepSeek deepseek-harness up to 0.1.7-rc.2. The affected element is the function loadProfile of the file packages/boot/app-boot/src/profile.ts of the component Bundle Patch Handler. The manipulation of the argument dsh.bundle.patch results in path traversal. The attack may be performed from remote. The attack requires a high level of complexity. The exploitability is described as difficult. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-77269 2 Mcp-atlassian, Sooperset 2 Mcp Atlassian, Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-29 6.5 Medium
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, the remediation for CVE-2026-27825 protects download destinations but does not constrain source paths used by attachment uploads. A caller can provide an absolute or traversal file_path and cause the server to upload the selected local file. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through upload_attachment, file_path, and CVE-2026-27825, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-96419 2026-09-29 5.5 Medium
Profile import crash in 4.6.0 to 4.6.8 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service and possible code execution
CVE-2026-91012 2026-09-29 8.8 High
org.apache.karaf.config.core.impl.ConfigRepositoryImpl#update(pid, properties), which backs the "config" MBean and the config:* shell commands, derives the file it writes a configuration to from caller-supplied input without checking that the result stays inside ${karaf.etc}: * if the submitted property map contains a felix.fileinstall.filename entry, that value is turned directly into a File (getCfgFileFromProperty), so it can point to any absolute path the Karaf process can write to; * otherwise the configuration PID is concatenated verbatim into the target file name (generateConfigFilename(): new File(karaf.etc, pid + ".cfg")), so a PID containing ".." segments resolves outside ${karaf.etc}. createFactoryConfiguration() has the same issue via the factory PID/alias. Both code paths are reachable by any caller holding the "manager" role under Karaf's shipped command/JMX ACL (org.apache.karaf.command.acl.conf.cfg: "update = manager"). Such a user can therefore write attacker-controlled content to any file the Karaf process can write, including files the same ACL otherwise reserves to "admin" (etc/users.properties, etc/*.acl.*.cfg, etc/org.apache.karaf.management.cfg, and similar), allowing a manager-role user to grant themselves the admin role or otherwise take over the container. ConfigMBeanImpl.install() and the config:install shell command already guarded the equivalent risk on their own code path with a finalname.contains("..") string check, but that check does not stop absolute paths or symlink-based escapes, and it was never applied to ConfigRepositoryImpl.update() / createFactoryConfiguration() at all.
CVE-2026-96440 2026-09-29 N/A
Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory(Path Traversal) in the /WebAgenda/download/uploadFile.jsp API endpoint of Flowring Agentflow 4.0 version before 2023/03/24 allows remote authenticated users to write files to arbitrary locations outside the intended upload directory via the path parameter.
CVE-2026-97365 1 Chonkie-inc 1 Littrs 2026-09-29 6.3 Medium
A vulnerability was determined in chonkie-inc littrs 0.6.1/0.6.2. Impacted is the function Sandbox::mount of the file crates/littrs/src/lib.rs. Executing a manipulation of the argument relative can lead to path traversal. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-96678 1 Weiqingwen 1 Spring-boot-forum 2026-09-29 6.3 Medium
A security vulnerability has been detected in weiqingwen spring-boot-forum up to 538eecc3c6b85fdf0768ab4e8354b48c0c17d94f. Affected is the function validate of the file src/main/java/com/qingwenwei/util/NewUserFormValidator.java of the component Avatar Upload. The manipulation of the argument Username leads to path traversal. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-58015 2 Gnome, Redhat 15 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 12 more 2026-09-29 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash.
CVE-2026-102332 1 Amirraminfar 1 Dozzle 2026-09-28 6.1 Medium
Dozzle versions before 11.1.2 fail to sanitize container display names when building ZIP archive entry names in the log download endpoint. Attackers who can label containers can use path traversal sequences to write files outside the extraction directory when users download and extract logs.
CVE-2024-58386 1 Zoneminder 1 Zoneminder 2026-09-28 6.5 Medium
ZoneMinder versions 1.37.0 before 1.38.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the files view that allows authenticated users to read arbitrary files. The path parameter is not properly validated before being passed to output_file, enabling attackers with Events view permission to access sensitive files like configuration files containing database credentials.
CVE-2026-73551 1 Envoyproxy 1 Envoy 2026-09-28 5.3 Medium
Envoy is an open source edge and service proxy designed for cloud-native applications. Prior to 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1, Envoy's URL normalization does not recognize dot and dotdot path segments when they carry semicolon parameters. A request such as /user/..;foo=bar/admin is therefore not canonicalized to /admin even when path normalization is enabled. If an upstream interprets the segment according to RFC 3986 while Envoy applies routing or RBAC to the uncollapsed path, a remote client can cause path confusion and bypass path-based security policy. The relevant scope boundary is that the security consequence depends on a downstream/upstream path interpretation mismatch or a path-based Envoy decision. This issue is fixed in versions 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1.
CVE-2026-6925 2 Ibm, Linux 2 Concert, Linux Kernel 2026-09-28 5.3 Medium
IBM Concert 1.0.0 through 3.0.0 could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially crafted URL request containing "dot dot " sequences ( /.. /) to view arbitrary files on the system.
CVE-2026-88624 1 Opencode 1 Opencode 2026-09-28 9.1 Critical
Missing path validation in the Worktree.remove component of openCode v1.18.26 allows attackers to execute arbitrary recursive directory deletion via a crafted payload.
CVE-2026-93712 1 Perldancer 1 Dancer2 2026-09-28 7.5 High
Dancer2 versions from 2.1.0 before 2.2.0 for Perl serve files from outside public_dir via relative path segments in the File route handler. The handler joins the request path onto public_dir without collapsing relative segments, and checks only that the result is a readable regular file. A request for `/../outside.txt` escapes public_dir, and percent-encoding the dots reaches the same file. The handler is off by default. An application is affected once it names File in route_handlers and sets static_handler to 0, which otherwise refuses a dot segment before the route runs. Any file the worker process can read is served to an unauthenticated request, including the application's config.yml above public_dir.
