| CVE-2026-80836 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: virtio - bound the akcipher result length virtio_crypto_dataq_akcipher_callback() sets the result length from the device-reported response length without bounding it to the destination buffer, which was allocated for the original request length. sg_copy_from_buffer() then reads that many bytes from the destination buffer; a backend reporting a larger length over-reads adjacent kernel heap into the caller's scatterlist (an out-of-bounds read). Clamp the reported length to the originally requested destination length. A conforming device reports no more than that, so valid results are unaffected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74291 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: topology: Check PCM and DAI name strings before use Topology objects store several PCM and DAI names in fixed-size UAPI arrays. Other topology parser paths validate these fields with bounded strnlen() checks before using them as C strings, but the PCM and DAI paths still pass some fixed-size arrays directly to strlen(), devm_kstrdup(), DAI lookup, and diagnostic prints. A malformed topology blob with a non-NUL-terminated PCM, DAI, or stream capability name can therefore make the parser read past the end of the fixed-size field. Reject unterminated PCM and DAI name fields before consuming them as C strings. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74258 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Guard __get_user acesss with access_ok for uprobe_multi data As reported by sashiko [1] we need to use access_ok to check the user space data bounds before we use __get-user to get it. | CVE-2026-102757 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Threadx | 2026-10-02 | N/A |
| An unprivileged, memory-protected ThreadX module can have the kernel read and write memory at addresses of its choosing, in privileged mode, and can use that to clear the MPU enable bit and remove its own isolation boundary. The Module Manager decided whether a privileged service could dereference an object address a module named by asking only whether that address fell outside the module. The manager's object pool is outside every module, so the test was satisfied by an address shifted into the interior of one of the module's own privileged allocations, which denotes no object at all. The bytes such an address presents as a control block are bytes the module put there through ordinary create and set services, so the control block ID at the front of them could be made to read as any type the module chose, and the `_txe_` layer's ID test then agreed. The reported chain uses that to reach a privileged `memset` across an attacker-chosen range. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58011 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 16 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 13 more | 2026-10-02 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. An out-of-bounds read of only 2 bytes can occur in the g_date_time_get_ymd function in the glib/gdatetime.c file when an invalid GDateTime object produced by the g_date_time_add_full function is processed. This flaw can corrupt the date output and potentially cause logic errors that may lead to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56210 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 7 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-10-02 | 7.1 High |
| A heap-buffer-overflow read vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows setting a spatial_layer_id exceeding the configured number of layers. This causes an out-of-bounds heap read of approximately 40,728 bytes when computing a layer context array index. An attacker who can influence SVC encoder parameters in a network-facing service could exploit this for information disclosure (heap content leak) or denial of service (segmentation fault from hitting unmapped memory). | ||||
| CVE-2026-93270 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-01 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Disallow interpreter fallback for BPF_ADDR_PERCPU insn The BPF_MOV64_PERCPU_REG insn requires JIT to emit native code to for 'dst_reg = src_reg + <percpu_base_off>'. However, the interpreter ignores the 'off' at its ALU64_MOV_X label. The 'off' indicates the insn is BPF_MOV64_PERCPU_REG insn. Then, when the interpreter loads memory from the register, it will hit a page fault. [ 2.545572] BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: ffffffffacaaf034 [ 2.546485] #PF: supervisor read access in kernel mode [ 2.547167] #PF: error_code(0x0000) - not-present page [ 2.547850] PGD 134e63067 P4D 134e63067 PUD 134e64063 PMD 10021c063 PTE 800ffffeca550062 [ 2.548912] Oops: Oops: 0000 [#1] SMP PTI Set jit_required as true in order to disallow interpreter fallback in core.c::__bpf_prog_select_runtime(), if any BPF_ADDR_PERCPU insn is patched to the prog. | CVE-2026-79896 | 1 Fortra | 1 Boks Manager | 2026-10-01 | 7.5 High |
| Fortra BoKS Manager contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the custom TLS ClientHello parser used by boks_portmux. A remote unauthenticated attacker can submit a malformed ClientHello and terminate boks_portmux. Although the daemon is normally restarted automatically, repeated requests can sustain the service interruption. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91817 | 2 Foxit, Foxitsoftware | 4 Pdf Editor, Pdf Reader, Foxit Pdf Editor and 1 more | 2026-10-01 | 6.1 Medium |
| A heap-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in Foxit PDF Editor/Reader’s handling of wide strings in embedded PDF JavaScript. Insufficient validation of string-deletion ranges can cause an integer underflow, resulting in an out-of-bounds read and application crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103641 | 2 Gegl, Redhat | 2 Gegl, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-01 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GEGL. The Radiance HDR loader reads past the end of a memory-mapped image when an uncompressed scanline is shorter than the width declared in the file header. Opening a crafted HDR file crashes the application that uses the loader. | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw89: fix HE extended capability length check rtw89_mac_check_he_obss_narrow_bw_ru_iter() reads extended capability byte 10, but rejects only datalen values below 10. Byte 10 requires at least 11 bytes. Require datalen >= 11 before reading data[10]. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93272 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-01 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: remoteproc: qcom_wcnss: Fix handling the lack of PD regulators in v3 The changes introduced to handle single power domain platforms have swapped the info pointer increment from num_pd_vregs to num_pds, which would shift the info pointer past the end of the array for pronto-v3, which does not list power domain regulators in vregs. This showed up as a difference between GCC- and LLVM-compiled kernels on SDM632 devices, where only with LLVM one would get the "regulator request with no identifier" error, because the out-of-bounds memory ended up being zeroed. Fix by skipping the increment when there are more power domains than regulators. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58160 | 1 Apache | 1 Traffic Server | 2026-10-01 | 6.5 Medium |
