| CVE-2026-102555 | 2 Libsoup, Redhat | 2 Libsoup, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 8.2 High |
| A flaw was found in libsoup. The soup_uri_decode_data_uri() function incorrectly treated base64 data-URI payloads as NUL-terminated strings when calling g_base64_decode_inplace(). If the percent-decoded payload contained embedded NUL bytes, the decoded length could remain uninitialized and be used as the size of the returned GBytes. This can lead to an out-of-bounds read or application crash when processing a crafted data URI. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102558 | 2 Libsoup, Redhat | 2 Libsoup, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 8.6 High |
| A flaw was found in libsoup. When max-incoming-payload-size is unlimited (0), SoupWebsocketConnection could grow its incoming GByteArray based on an attacker-controlled frame length until the length wrapped, causing a heap buffer overflow while reading frame data. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102560 | 2 Libsoup, Redhat | 2 Libsoup, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 8.6 High |
| A flaw was found in libsoup. When the permessage-deflate WebSocket extension compresses a very large outgoing message, truncated size calculations used for GByteArray growth could wrap, causing zlib to write past the allocated buffer and resulting in a heap buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103399 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in SoupServer (libsoup). When an HTTP/1.x client sends a request with Expect: 100-continue and a request body, and SoupServer returns an early final (non-1xx) response before the body is read, the server neither drains the declared body bytes nor closes the connection. On a keep-alive connection, those leftover bytes are interpreted as a subsequent HTTP request. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can place a complete HTTP request in the body and cause SoupServer to process that smuggled request, leading to unintended request handling. | ||||
| CVE-2023-39417 | 3 Debian, Postgresql, Redhat | 10 Debian Linux, Postgresql, Advanced Cluster Security and 7 more | 2026-09-30 | 7.5 High |
| IN THE EXTENSION SCRIPT, a SQL Injection vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL if it uses @extowner@, @extschema@, or @extschema:...@ inside a quoting construct (dollar quoting, '', or ""). If an administrator has installed files of a vulnerable, trusted, non-bundled extension, an attacker with database-level CREATE privilege can execute arbitrary code as the bootstrap superuser. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42169 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 1 more | 2026-09-30 | 7.3 High |
| A heap-buffer-overflow vulnerability exists in the APNG (Animated PNG) file loader of GIMP. This flaw occurs when the `fcTL` width exceeds the `IHDR` width, leading to pixel data being written past the end of a heap allocation. Additionally, a heap-based buffer overflow exists in the DDS plug-in due to a BPP mismatch in the `load_layer()` function. Both vulnerabilities can be triggered by opening a specially crafted image file, potentially leading to code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13087 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux For Nvidia 26, Enterprise Linux Nvidia | 2026-09-30 | 8.8 High |
| This CVE was reserved in error and duplicates CVE-2026-89530. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103242 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird | 2026-09-30 | 7.1 High |
| A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in rpm. RPMTAG_FILESIGNATURES in a crafted, unsigned RPM package's main header is declared with the wrong header type, causing hex2binv() to allocate a one-byte buffer and then write the tag's attacker-controlled, hex-decoded content — of attacker-chosen length — past the end of that allocation. This is reachable via rpm2cpio, rpm2archive, and rpm -qlvp on an untrusted package. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76561 | 1 Redhat | 2 Certificate System, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 7.2 High |
| A flaw was found in Dogtag PKI, as used by FreeIPA's certificate authority component. The certificate profile import functionality does not fully validate uploaded profile content beyond the profile ID. An authenticated user with CA Administrator privileges can exploit Dogtag's ExternalProcessConstraint mechanism to execute arbitrary commands with attacker-controlled environment variables, achieving code execution as the pkiuser account. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58380 | 3 Gimp, Gnome, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Gimp, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-09-30 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PNM file format parser. When parsing a specially crafted PNM file, the pnmscanner_gettoken() function writes a null terminator one byte past the end of a stack-allocated buffer due to an off-by-one error in the loop boundary check. This could lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66758 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2026-09-30 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the file-fits plugin in GIMP. When processing a FITS image file, the plugin calculates memory allocation sizes using signed 32-bit integers for width and height. If a crafted file sets both values to large values, their product exceeds 2^31 and overflows, resulting in an undersized heap-based buffer allocation. This integer overflow issue results in a heap-based buffer overflow when cfitsio subsequently writes a full row of pixels in the buffer, causing memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59090 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2026-09-30 | 8.4 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD file format plugin. This vulnerability, an unsigned integer underflow in the `block_rem` variable, occurs when a user opens a specially crafted `.psd` image file. The underflow leads to parser confusion, enabling an attacker to inject arbitrary data as layer resource blocks. This can ultimately result in arbitrary code execution, allowing the attacker to run malicious code on the victim's system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58384 | 3 Gimp, Gnu, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Gimp, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-09-30 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD parser. An integer overflow in read_RLE_channel() can cause an undersized heap allocation for the RLE row-length table, after which subsequent per-row writes corrupt heap memory. This could lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58379 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2026-09-30 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's Paint Shop Pro (PSP) file format parser. This heap buffer overflow vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause arbitrary code execution or a denial of service (DoS) by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted PSP image file. The vulnerability occurs because the software incorrectly calculates buffer sizes when processing low bit-depth images, leading to an overwrite of adjacent memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80110 | 1 Redhat | 3 Certificate System, Dogtag Certificate System, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 8.1 High |
| A flaw was found in pki-core. The v2 REST ACL filter selects a tie-breaking permission for colliding literal and wildcard ACL keys using lexicographic string comparison rather than specificity, causing a wildcard-mapped permission to override a more specific literal-mapped permission when both match. In the CA's profile-management REST API this allows a request to POST /v2/profiles/raw -- intended to require Administrator-level profiles.create permission -- to instead be authorized under the lower-privileged profiles.approve permission held by the default Certificate Manager Agents group. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality and integrity of the certificate authority's issuance policy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102474 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-30 | 4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in dash. The printf builtin reserves four bytes before converting a Unicode \u or \U escape, but the multi-byte token can need five or six bytes. A local user who can supply such an escape to dash printf or echo %b, including through dash -c and a positional argument, can write one or two bytes past that reservation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-97025 | 2 Flatpak, Redhat | 2 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-29 | 3.2 Low |
| Flatpak writes the OCI repository authentication token with world-readable permissions (0644) in the system-helper's cache directory, allowing other local users on a multi-user system to read the token and impersonate the authenticated user against the OCI repository. Only OCI-based sources (e.g. as used by Fedora) are affected; libostree-based sources such as Flathub are not. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13732 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird | 2026-09-29 | 7 High |
| A flaw was found in GDB's STABS debug format parser. The read_member_functions() function in gdb/stabsread.c contains a linked list removal bug in the code that separates destructor and non-destructor member functions of C++ classes. The bug causes the destructor entries to remain in the main function list while the list length counter is decremented, resulting in an out-of-bounds write when the function list is copied to its final allocated array. An attacker can craft an ELF binary with malicious .stab and .stabstr sections that triggers this out-of-bounds write when a user opens the file in GDB and performs any symbol-inspection operation such as setting a breakpoint. The inferior process does not need to be executed. Under controlled conditions, this was demonstrated to achieve execution of arbitrary commands within the GDB process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-97027 | 2 Flatpak, Redhat | 2 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-29 | 3.6 Low |
| Flatpak passes through arbitrary vendor-extension keys unmodified when exporting an application's Desktop Entry (.desktop) and D-Bus Service (.service) files, instead of validating against an allowlist. A malicious Flatpak app can use this to cause denial of service (e.g. forced application restart loops) or to influence host D-Bus/systemd activation behavior beyond what the sandbox is intended to permit. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96284 | 2 Flatpak, Redhat | 2 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-29 | 2.5 Low |
| A malicious user can get read-access to files in the flatpak-system-helper context if a system OCI repository is configured, because the OCI code paths in the system helper follow symlinks when importing OCI images that are under the user's control. | ||||
