| Tracks, a Getting Things Done (GTD) web application, is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting in versions prior to 2.7.1. Reflected cross-site scripting enables execution of malicious JavaScript in the context of a user’s browser if that user clicks on a malicious link, allowing phishing attacks that could lead to credential theft. Tracks version 2.7.1 is patched. No known complete workarounds are available. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6452 | 1 Forcepoint | 1 Web Security | 2026-04-15 | 9.6 Critical |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Forcepoint Web Security (Transaction Viewer) allows Stored XSS. The Forcepoint Web Security portal allows administrators to generate detailed reports on user requests made through the Web proxy. It has been determined that the "user agent" field in the Transaction Viewer is vulnerable to a persistent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, which can be exploited by any user who can route traffic through the Forcepoint Web proxy. This vulnerability enables unauthorized attackers to execute JavaScript within the browser context of a Forcepoint administrator, thereby allowing them to perform actions on the administrator's behalf. Such a breach could lead to unauthorized access or modifications, posing a significant security risk. This issue affects Web Security: before 8.5.6. | ||||
| CVE-2025-51859 | 2026-04-15 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Chaindesk thru 2025-05-26 in its agent chat component. An attacker can achieve arbitrary client-side script execution by crafting an AI agent whose system prompt instructs the underlying Large Language Model (LLM) to embed malicious script payloads (e.g., SVG-based XSS) into its chat responses. When a user interacts with such a malicious agent or accesses a direct link to a conversation containing an XSS payload, the script executes in the user's browser. Successful exploitation can lead to the theft of sensitive information, such as JWT session tokens, potentially resulting in account hijacking. | ||||
| CVE-2024-4174 | 2026-04-15 | 5.4 Medium | ||
| Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Hyperion Web Server affecting version 2.0.15. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute malicious Javascript code on the client by injecting that code into the URL. | ||||
| CVE-2024-41673 | 1 Decidim | 1 Decidim | 2026-04-15 | 7.1 High |

| CVE-2024-41663 | 1 Thinkst | 1 Canarytokens | 2026-04-15 | 3.5 Low |
| Canarytokens help track activity and actions on a network. A Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability was identified in the "Cloned Website" Canarytoken, whereby the Canarytoken's creator can attack themselves. The creator of a slow-redirect Canarytoken can insert Javascript into the destination URL of their slow redirect token. When the creator later browses the management page for their own Canarytoken, the Javascript executes. This is a self-XSS. An attacker could create a Canarytoken with this self-XSS, and send the management link to a victim. When they click on it, the Javascript would execute. However, no sensitive information (ex. session information) will be disclosed to the malicious actor. This issue is now patched on Canarytokens.org. Users of self-hosted Canarytokens installations can update by pulling the latest Docker image, or any Docker image after `sha-097d91a`. | ||||
| CVE-2024-41640 | 1 Amlpartners | 1 Surety Eco | 2026-04-15 | 6.1 Medium |

| The Ultimate Blocks – WordPress Blocks Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's tab anchor metabox in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6708 | 2 Benbodhi, Wordpress | 2 Svg Support, Wordpress | 2026-04-15 | 5.4 Medium |
| The SVG Support plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the SVG upload feature in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, even when the 'Sanitize SVG while uploading' feature is enabled. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Note that successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires the administrator to allow author-level users to upload SVG files. As of 2.5.6, SVG sanitization can still be bypassed by supplying a content-type other than image/svg+xml. | ||||
